The wafer type butterfly valve is adopted the heat compensated metal seat structure. Chairs are metal to metal. Wafer butterfly valve can be used under high temperature and pressure conditions with stable sealing performance remaining.
Special sealing system can guarantee high sealing performance from extremely low to super high temperatures. The new design lowers the torque of the butterfly valve because the disc sealing surface is the angular frustration of the cone shape, each point in the disc will separate from the gasket when opened, solid objects will not accumulate in the sealing face.
Wafer valve buomws are widely used in oil, natural gas, conveyor belts and pipelines, gas pipe production plants of catalytic cracking units, water plants, pumping stations, sewage treatment, coal refining , heating pipes, food industry, papermaking, shipbuilding, etc.
