Design
Foyo provides flange ends, and butt welding ends for this product, including bolted bonnet wedge globe valve and pressure seal bonnet wedge globe valve as per BS 1873
GLOBE VALVE
1 Operating: Variable actuators, including hand wheel, pneumatic actuator and electric motors are all available for Foyo globe valve.
2 Live Load Packing: In some severe applications, frequent operation is required, and the medium is high pressure and high temperature, live loaded packing reduces maintenance time and extends the service life of the wedge globe valve.
GLOBE VALVE
3 OS&Y: Outside screw and Yoke, Casting steel yoke is integral with the bonnet for sizes 10” and smaller for this product.
4 Bolted bonnet, Welding bonnet and Pressure seal bonnet: Bolted bonnet design is for general globe valves, welding bonnet and pressure seal bonnet are especial for this product which are used in high temperature and high pressure applications.
5 End Connection: RF and RTJ flanged and Butt welding ends are both available for our valves.
6 Yoke Sleeve: Furnished in aluminum bronze to reduce the operating torque of globe valve.
7 Lantern ring and double packing set: Lantern ring with leak-off fitting connection and double packing stack design is available for this product used in severe applications.
8 Body-to-Bonnet Joint: Male-Female joint or Tongue-Groove joint is used for CL150-CL600 globe valve. Ring joint is used for CL900 and higher pressure ratings.
9 Disc: Plug disc is stem guided on all sizes. Disc has a differential angle to provide a lined contact for perfect sealing properties of globe valve.
10 Seat rings: Separate heavy duty and full bore seat ring is designed for easy maintenance. Generally the seat ring is threaded or welded to the body of globe valves.
